Body: I bought a copier cartridge for an older (1996) Xerox unit. The delivery was prompt and the price was good. When I got the cartridge, it was a genuine Xerox cartridge, but it was a factory refurbished cartridge. The initial copies had some steaking problems that an all new cartridge would not have had. I must have missed something in the online description, because I was expecting a new cartridge. However, the cartridge did settle in and it is light years better than the generic cartridge I foolishly purchased (from another vendor) which did not last a year. |

He then sent me an email that included the tracking number; however, it was invalid....it was a number off, so when I tried to look it up it did not exist.
