Body: Typical online Yahoo merchant. No one available at the 800 customer service number, what you can figure out on the website is all that there is to know. Buy at your own risk. That said, the product was well-priced and technically as represented. Unfortunately, the "toner pack" purchased was a mix of high and low-yield cartridges...and this was NOT clear when reading the info on the website (the OEM packs are all high yield or all low yield, not a mix as was sold here). The price was fair for what was sold, but what was sold was not exactly as expected. Next time, I'll move on to one of the gazillion of other similar merchants and try my luck elsewhere. Oh well.

When I got the cartridge, it was a genuine Xerox cartridge, but it was a factory refurbished cartridge. The initial copies had some steaking problems that an all new cartridge would not have had. I must have missed something in the online description, because I was expecting a new cartridge. However, the cartridge did settle in and it is light years better than the generic cartridge I foolishly purchased (from another vendor) which did not last a year. |

Since the cartridges require a special chip installed to workd properly, I was unable to find out if they worked as promised till now. And they do! I can see no difference in print quality, and there was no problem with the installation. The printer recognized the cartridge and reports it as full. I am delighted with this vendor, and a set of five cartridges saved me a bit over $200. |

It was not until after I called customer service to let them know that I still had not received the item after 4 days of ordering. Customer service was excellent; he was very shocked that it had not been received. He then sent me an email that included the tracking number; however, it was invalid....it was a number off, so when I tried to look it up it did not exist. He then re-sent the tracking number then called to advise me of the status. This is great customer service and because of that I will purchase from them again and again. Thanks |

Body: Although I was given the false impression that these were original Canon BCI-6 series cartridges, I have nonethless, been very satisfied. One cartridge leaked into my hands immediately after opening. I contacted them through their website and received a replacement through the mail, no questions asked. The image quality is as good as Canon components, and only time will tell if the images deteriorate at a different rate or not. I am extremely satisfied with these competitive cartridges and the insanely great prices, and WILL buy from them again. |
