We recommend shipping more than 20 cartridges minimum at a time.

We will provide Prepaid FEDEX Return Label for a hassle-free return. If you need more labels, please let us know.

You will receive payment in a week after we receive and inspect your shipment.

When you pack empty cartridges in a box, please make sure the cartridges are not loose in a box to avoid any damage during the transportation. You may put scrambled papers in between to avoid the loose packing.
We can't pay broken cartridges.
