We at Houseofinkjet.com warrant our Compatible Products sold will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function for
one year from the original date of shipment. Any claim with respect to such
Compatible Products where the original customer seeks a refund of the purchase
price of such Compatible Products must be made within 90 days from the original
date of shipment. The limited warranty provided herein covers only Manufacturer
Defects and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse,
abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in
accordance with Product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or
repairs made by anyone other than Houseofinkjet.com. Such limited warranty only
extends to refunds or replacements of Houseofinkjet.com Compatible Products and
does not cover any damage to your printer, computer systems or other devices
arising from your use of our Compatible Products.
Compatible and Remanufactured Toner Cartridges
If product is defective or should become defective, you can obtain a replacement
within 12 months (1 year) or refund within 90 days of purchase - you must be
able to provide your order number (Please note that shipping charges are not
refundable).
Compatible and Remanufactured Ink Cartridges & Thermal Films
If product is defective or should become defective, you can obtain a replacement
or refund within 90 days of purchase - you must be able to provide your order
number (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable). In addition,
Houseofinkjet.com compatible thermal films carry a 6 month warranty and can be
returned for a replacement.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Cartridges
Our warranty does not cover OEM name brand cartridges (such brands like Brother,
Canon, HP, Lexmark, etc…). It is cover by Original Equipment Manufacturer’s own
warranties.
If OEM product is defective, please contact the manufacturer to verify Original
Equipment Manufacturers’ warranty coverage.
